1. Handle on-site research on early projects that are basically in ICT and 5G industry, and semi-conductor areas including IGBT, MCU, ISP, EDA, etc.2. Conduct due diligence over projects and write investment reports regarding financial status, company products, and especially development strategy in the industry chain3. Visit corporates and communicate with CEOs of project companies and related VCs to cooperate on investment.4. Compile investment analysis reports and other supplementing documents.

· Conduct due diligence on medical projects and write investment reports.· Handle pricing models based on fundamental analysis, financial due diligence, industry analysis, industry participants, and technology development of products, etc

• Expand client coverage with more than 100 potential IPO or NEEQ projects in the South-East Coastal Economic Zone. E.g., HY Animal Protect-M&A business, YH Corporate-Finance Leasing, GT Tech(IOT communication service)-Equity Division Reform, TQ Medical-IPO, J Tech Cnc Technology& HG Intelligent Robot-M&A, etc. • Contribute to two oversea projects and designing VIE structure and compile valuation analysis during cross-border M&A projects. • Report to MD weekly the negotiation process with board directors and major shareholders of more than 100 enterprises who consult for capital-raising and listing, main business of whom involves IT Service, Machine learning, Robert&AI, Biotech, Fintech, Game Operation, AR-VR, communication technology, and new media industry, involving companies like Fly-Dragon Technology, ZX SaaS Technology, Eternal Art, JD Nanotechnology, MY Pico Information, etc.

· Learnt about the production line and assisted in marketing plan over 10 billion RMB· Take part in supply chain management, marketing strategy management, quality control of electrical production and management of production lines in auto-factory
