SUMMARYAs one of the lead consultants in Prophix, I am implementing CPM tools for companies to automate and integrate their budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation and reporting activities. On top of the traditional CPM solutions, I also implement corporate BI tools and develop Fixed Assets Registers. During discovery sessions I capture the senior stakeholders’ needs and identify complex areas to transform into efficient processes. Focusing on simple integration, satisfying client needs and building an easy to use tool, which is fully adaptable to the existing environment. As part of my role I also train new users, support clients, share new ideas, hold webinars and user conferences.ACHIEVEMENTS- Successfully implemented 6 projects with 100% positive feedback.- Implemented Prophix budgeting solutions for a pharmaceutical company with £115m+ turnover for bottom-up sales and CoS, personnel, OPEX and amortisation models. With this tool the client gained process efficiency, reduced business risk, improved data quality, produced more accurate plans for the future and increased stakeholder value.- Automated a full forecasting cycle for a professional services company by implementing detailed personnel and asset planner tools for budgeting both income and expenses with scheduled workflow activities.- Built a corporate BI tool with interactive dashboards for a £128m+ turnover utility company. Developed reports to highlight project performance, budgetary controls for expenses and cash position. As the solution enabled the company to analyse projects with a higher level of granularity, the client identified £1m missing revenue.- My clients saved so far hundreds of valuable hours and cost with my tools that no need to manipulate manually and providing the single source of truth.

SUMMARYWithin this role I was the Global Financial Organization analyst of a smaller Austrian and German unit, which was dealing with former ESSO employee’s pensions. The position required not purely reporting activities such as producing analysis and commentary for P&L variances at month end, but I had to perform general accounting tasks as well.
