The project resulted in overall efficiency increase and a substantial decrease of warranty costs. Five employees were involved in the project, which lasted for 6 months. The solution encompassed improved IT support and employee educational trainingI was interim CFO for one of the subsidiaries during a divest and close process. Managed a due diligence process when company was sold to Sumitomo.
