Together with my team we build & manage the innovation lab competency of the bank. We make foresights, organise events in the fintech ecosystem, create concepts and strategies regarding the key technology and business model trends in the financial sector, educate the employees in the bank, invest in fintech startups and manage startup-bank partnerships until the implemetation of the new solution.

The Hungarian Fintech Association (HFA) was established in 2020, now we have 35+ members. Our community consist of independent local fintech companies, most of them focusing on B2B services provided mostly to traditional financial service firms.In the next two years, we will focus on the following 5 areas:• Membership: creating a strong, visible membership that exists in community with each other.• Regulation: representing the interests of the sector at the regulator, proposals for the adaptation of the international best practices.• Newcomers: let there be as many successful Hungarian fintech companies as possible! We organize events where young talents are mentored and their ideas validated by our members.• International relations: let's learn from the best and provide as many business opportunities as possible for our members!• Education: nothing less than the growth potential of the Hungarian economy depends on increasing the productivity of SMEs. It is important to help them in how they can boost their business with the right fintech solutions.

MKB Fintechlab is the CEE’s leading fintech startup incubator with primary focus on those future banking solutions which can enhance the digital capabilities of MKB Bank. The pre-seed investment portfolio consists of 35+ startups.

MKB Fintechlab is the CEE’s leading banking innovation lab, startup incubator and design competence center, driving digital transformation and enhancing digital capabilities within the MKB Financial Group. As Head of Innovation I actively contribute to building MKB Fintechlab in the following areas:• pre-seed investment and incubation for startups (29+ in the portfolio)• regional startup events• R&D projects with universities• sandbox for MKB Bank and Partnership Program with startups to implement new technology to the bank’s business processes

I work as a professional advisor for big organizations on national and international level; for both profit-oriented (companies from FMCG, insurance and manufacturing industry) and public entities (agritech and defense industry) as well. I work on transforming organisations by designing and managing corporate innovation and change management initiatives. Additionally, I am involved in structuring venture capital programs as well.

Foundation is the community of enthusiastic people building the new world of banking. I'm responsible for creating growth opportunities and making innovation an essential part of the bank. The international management course help the MSc graduates/postgraduates in creating business models for their experimental projects.

Design Terminal is a Budapest based innovation agency that builds bridges between startups and corporations. It has three main activities:1) Corporate innovation: Together with my team I have created innovation, intrapreneur and startup programs for corporate partners and big organisations. The main goal is to help the clients innovate more efficiently and be future proof. Some clients from the past years: MOL Group, Knorr-Bremse, Blackrock, E.on, National Chamber of Agriculture.2) Startup incubation: We have developed 200+ early stage startups since 2014. Our non-profit, non-equity accelerator program focuses on social impact startups from all over the world. These startups intend to solve the society’s big challenges in the fields of healthcare, education, environment and mobility. This program is highly valued internationally and has an imposing track record. I have been responsible for the content and the framework of the program since the beginning.3) Investment: As one of the fund managers, we invest in pre-seed phase startups since 2018.

As creative director of Design Terminal National Center for Creative Industries I was in charge of the professional content of the projects. During my work I had the opportunity to participate in creating the biggest and most important fashion contest and fashion event of the region, Gombold Újra, Central European Fashion Days. Other significant Hungarian and international exhibitons and events include Ajándék Terminál and „Your Place, your success” campaign organized together with the Municipality of Budapest.

I am a guest lecturer of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design Doctoral School, Budapest since 2016. The design management course help the MA and PhD graduates in creating business models for their experimental projects.

Globspot was an experimental social journalism platform connecting Hungarian correspondents from all around the world. It attracted a strategic investor in 2013.

Figyelő (English: Observer) has been one of the most prestigeous Hungarian business and news weekly published in Budapest. Figyelő covers a broad range of subjects, such as politics, business, economy, society, technology, and to some extent culture, its approach being economy- or business-related wherever possible.Fn.hu was the online newsportal of Sanoma Media Budapest strongly focusing on economy. The successor of fn.hu is 24.hu.

I have further written articles in the following magazines: National Geographic, HVG, Autó Magazin, Haszon, A5.hu, Fashion Issue etc.As a blogger, together with my co-founders we won the Best Blog in Hungary award in the HVG Goldenblog Competition in 2010. Between 2010 and 2012 Burzsuj blog was one of the three most popular blogs in Hungary. It’s a luxury blog covering several fields, primarly design, but gastronomy and lifestyle aswell with a business and economy approach and a sense of irony.

I was the managing editor of Könyv-vitel review, official journal of Hungarian National Association of Account in 2009 and 2010 and the editor of Toplista Luxus magazine at United Publishers in 2010.
