Currently working as a “Project Manager” in a WMC’s Project namely WNVRC Phase-III for District Central & South, Karachi, this is a TDEA-UNDP project in collaboration with NADRA & Election Commission of Pakistan. Acting as focal person for the ECP, NADRA and TDEA for all project related activities and correspondence  Ensuring timely delivery/completion of all project activities, submission of all relevant reports, listing and facilitation of unregistered women in the targeted communities.  Finalizing staff training plans and ensure smooth execution of field staff trainings  Preparing and submit Detailed Implantation Plan (DIP), Monitoring Plan and Event Calendar on GMIS Coordinating and arrange meetings with the key stakeholders i.e. NADRA, ECP, DVEC, Political Parties, legislators and district administration etc, as and when required.  Ensuring timely review and submission of all relevant MOVs against respective activities (such as block wise lists of non NIC holder females, event reports, assessments, attendance sheets, photographs, media briefings, scanned copies of tokens etc.) and as defined in the statement of work, on Women NIC and Voter Registration Project- GMIS. Regularly preparing and submit reports/progress of the relevant activities, as per Statement of Work (SoW). Participating and ensure 100 % attendance in the trainings arranged by TDEA.  Supervising and train the project staff on SOW.  Ensuring two percent (2%) of verification process of identified and listed women through telephonic calls and upload verified lists on GMIS.  Frequent field monitoring visits to monitor and compliance of submitted activities in the event calendarsWorked as a “Social Mobilizer” in a WMC’s Project namely WNVRC Phase-III for District EAST, Karachi, this is a TDEA-UNDP project in collaboration with NADRA & Election Commission of Pakistan in 2018.

In-charge Internees;As Junior Program Assistant successfully conducted several Electronic Media Training Workshops in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Islamabad, Quetta, Peshawar & Lahore during 2015 till 2019.• Did primary research and fieldwork on empowering women journalists for capacity building workshops in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Islamabad, Pakistan• Worked in liaison with media channels, local NGOs, media representatives, colleges, universities and government officials
