My role involves being a contact point for my fellow peers, to provide them with advice and support. I am there to listen to their concerns as well as their positive feedback which I then communicate to members of staff within Student Staff Liaison Committee Meetings.

My role as a Sales Assistant involves:- Customer service - providing excellent customer service to members of the public.- Sales - achieving sales targets.- Communication - with customers, both adults and children as well as suppliers.- Team work - working with my colleagues to produce sales.- Cash handling, processing sales, refunds and exchanges.
