Helped former employer, Hangzhou Ruijiang Group, to incorporate Ruichem USA, Inc. in the U.S. and provided high-level execution for the establishment of the new business and day-to-day collaboration among different departments.Developed and maintained a partnership with multiple third-party logistics (3PL) companies across the country, maintained in-time delivery and lowered the logistic costs. As the business expanded, worked as an HR generalist to hire sales, technical and administrative teams. Performed all research and legwork to set up an R&D lab and was responsible for day-to-day management. Established partnerships with customers, professional recruiters, law firm and accounting firm. Coordinated with payroll provider and was responsible for benefit, audit and regulations matters. Created financial forecasts, budgets, invoices and reports; responsible for payables and receivables.

One of the earliest founders of the company’s new business sector, staffing and leading a 13-person team to seek a niche B2B market in the chemical industry. The team collected extensive market statistics and ran the various risk and feasibility tests to validate and gradually evolve the new business model to fit the company’s risk appetite. Built the prototype e-commerce website and the integrated supply chain support, including international shipping, warehousing and online payment functions for the website. The business model proved to be successful and sustainable. The website is still active today with growing members and is well known by chemical buyers in South America, Europe and Russia as well as by chemical suppliers in China.
