• Responsible to advance the full scope of ticketed shows including indoor club, theater, and arena concerts as well as outdoor festivals. This includes but not always limited to technical stage production, catering and hospitality, runners, stage labor, and parking, as well as being the lead for operational items such as fencing, sanitation, security, and food and beverage.• Day of show production manager to oversee the safety and efficiency of the show’s operation and success. Responsibilities cover load in, show and load out.• Work in tandem, during the advance and day of show, with various venue staff in order to achieve a successful, safe, and efficient day of show execution of the event.• Integrate and communicate with local vendors in order to plan and schedule external accommodations such as production rentals, compressed gas, rental vehicles, artist backline, and catering. • Manage labor hours for technical staff and runners to avoid unnecessary overtime• Responsible for the full financial settlement with the artist/tour as well as lead the full accounting of all incoming and outgoing revenue of a performance, including accounting of cash on hand, payroll for internal labor, and travel expenses.• Responsible for planning and scheduling work travel to and from events in the Southeast region, including but not limited to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. This travel planning includes rental vehicles, airfare, lodging, and travel meals. Using corporate purchasing, all records must be fully logged and accurately reported to accounting.

My home venue is the Coca Cola Roxy at Suntrust Park, which is the new Atlanta Braves stadium. My employment is split between the HOB division and the NAC division. For HOB, I oversee the Coca Cola Roxy, and for NAC, I produce events at Wolf Creek and Gwinett Arena, as well as support certain out of the area ticketed events.• Responsible to advance the full scope of ticketed shows and private events entering the building. This includes but not always limited to technical stage production, catering and hospitality, runners, stage labor, and parking, as well as being the liaison for items such as security, meet and greets and settlement.• Day of show production manager to oversee the safety and efficiency of the show’s operation and success. Responsibilities cover load in, show and load out.• Integrate and communicate with local vendors in order to plan and schedule external accommodations such as production rentals, compressed gas, rental vehicles, artist backline, and catering. • Work parallel with talent buyer and private events manager to accurately budget show production needs such as equipment rentals, catering and hospitality, and stage labor.• Oversee operation and maintenance of all production equipment over stage including but not limited to in-house D&B audio systems, 8th Day Audio control systems, Christie Lighting systems overhead, motor packages, house projection, and backstage storage and inventory of ancillary equipment and supplies. Monthly audio and lighting work calls are scheduled to keep equipment in proper working condition as well as pursuing upgrade and expansion ideas.• Oversee operation and maintenance of FOH A/V systems such as in-house video network and displays, IT network, marquee, overhead and accent lighting systems, and CCT security camera system.

• Advance full show details with tour personnel or outside promoter including but not limited to, stage production, security requests, meet and greets, sponsorship activations, catering, runners, parking• Schedule union stage labor through the Atlanta Local #927• Lead and direct IATSE union stage labor and union house crew during load in, show, and load out.• Complete and submit union labor, wardrobe, and hair payroll to accounting• Integrate and communicate with local vendors in order to plan and schedule external accommodations such as production rentals, compressed gas, rental vehicles, artist backline, and catering. • Regularly communicate with City of Atlanta departments such as fire, police, and transportation to schedule fire marshals, police event presence, and parking for show vehicles for event dates.• Liaison and direct venue maintenance and housekeeping departments in order to properly prepare for and execute events in the theatre.• Lead weekly department meetings regarding upcoming event needs• Schedule monthly, quarterly, and annual servicing on in house production equipment• Plan and budget for yearly purchases and upgrades to the venue and building for show specific needs

The main focus of my position is to work diligently with clients and sales managers to assess individual event production needs and to provide the necessary state of the art production equipment to execute and achieve a successful, unforgettable event. I daily correspond with and aid artists and performers in the planning and execution of professional live music events that take place here at our venue.Not every event can be ran by 1 person.
