Increase customer service level, operational efficiency, country profitability for Move One Afghanistan.Maintain Profit and Loss results for all products.Prepare annual budgets and monthly reforecasts based on industry and sales trends.Establish and maintain relations with key customers to drive new business and reach profit and revenue targets.

Manage the back office operations support and administrative staff. Hire, train and manage a new team of operations coordinators. Set goals and targets for the support team; evaluate performance quarterly. Ensure timely and accurate updates, billing, reporting are done.
