The CNC machining workshop produces individual or small-series automotive parts. I contribute to the efficiency of the workshop and the application of ISO standards through my quality control tasks, from the start-up of machines, through in-process control to final inspection. For accurate and reliable quality, the Axiom CNC coordinate measuring machine is equipped with Aberlink 3D measuring software. In addition, calibration, validation and rejection of measuring instruments and waste management are also part of my job.

My main task was the day-to-day operational management of the quality control and surface treatment team of the dental implant company. The cleaning, surface treatment and inspection process of the finished products transferred from the CNC production department was completed by a final inspection of the products, which was carried out using a microscope, measuring instruments and a measuring machine.

An integral part of my work was the handling of CNC cutting machines (corrections, zero points, tool changes, rigging, etc.), which I carried out on turning and machining centers with Siemens, Fanuc controls. The machining of small and medium series metal structures is usually done with tolerances of 0.01 mm. I sometimes made changes to the machine several times a day to make a different workpiece (tooling, zero point recording, program call, size control, first part production, quality control).
