Operations Manager
Current-Manage daily operations and offer direction to twelve QMS in S. Central Texas.-Provide superior customer service to clients while managing QMS schedules, routes, and travel efficiency to coordinate with client timetables.-Conduct assessments on food safety and brand standards to ensure client and health department adherence. -Partner with clients for root cause analysis of observed opportunities and develop corrective action plans. -Coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and their customers resulting in customer retention.-Serve as brand trainer for Taco Bell / Subway, and Ops contact for KFC in order to drive consistency and understanding in the field.-Support specialists in entering a career path to facilitate their growth and development within Steritech.
