As President I represent the organization and the lead the board in strategy and planning of the organizations activities. My term as runs from October 2022 till October 2024. I chair the organizations Outings committee which oversee the guide outing program for members. These are predominantly nature related walks all year round across Toronto. In addition, I chair the Promotions & Outreach committee which is responsible for driving awareness of TFN's activities and programs through events, our website and social media channels. I oversee our outreach strategy with the support of the committee and the board. Founded in 1923, the Toronto Field Naturalists (TFN) is a volunteer-run non-profit nature conservation organization. We connect people with nature in the Toronto area, helping them to understand, enjoy, and protect Toronto’s green spaces and the species that inhabit them. I chair the Promotions & Outreach committee, and lead the Walks advisory committee.
