-Prepare, coordinate, manage, and execute the Social Security Administration (SSA) Awards and Non-SSA Awards including the Commissioners’ Citation, Deputy Commissioners’ Citation, Length of Service (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50th) and all Non-SSA awards.-Analyze and review all submitted nominations for all Deputy Commissioner of Operations regions/components (10 regions/5 components).-Serve as a Human Resources Operational Data Store (HRODS) administrator that researches and gathers sensitive information for various reports related to the awards process.-Process routine reports by extracting and heavily analyzing data from HRODS and Datamart.-Create various reports to provide analytical feedback to draw valid conclusions, formulate sound recommendations and prepare effective written and statistical reports for DCO/OCO executives.-Build, gather and compile different HRODS queries to reduce costs to the HR component/agency and to enhance the awards process.-Conduct training for Human Resources Specialist to develop and analyze reports for DCO and Office of Central Operations (OCO) executives.-Manage internal solicitations by reviewing and posting to the internal hiring system.-Review and manage internal job applications and forwarding them to the appropriate hiring office/manager.-Manage and process the Cash Awards Program (CAP) system for all eligible employees for monetary awards. -Research and analyze existing and potential internal payroll processes and identify cost saving opportunities and create best practices for existing timekeepers and managers.-Coordinated, planned, and implemented the new payroll system, WebTA (Web Time & Attendance).-Serve as a WebTA Support Administrator by supporting, managing, and gathering necessary information needed to assist employees on all levels.-Planned and created WebTA resource guides and easy tool sheets for managers and timekeepers to use as an everyday tool.
