I started using yoga as a part of my stretching routine and to maintain my flexibility as a gymnast, from the time I was just six years old.Later in my life I discovered the many benefits that yoga has to offer by attending specialized prenatal classes during my pregnancies and following my countless sports and work related injuries, I learned how yoga can aid in recovery,injury prevention and stress management. Eventually I decided to become professional, qualified Hatha yoga instructor and enrolled with Real Yoga School, well known for its holistic and therapeutic approach.From the time I qualified I started teaching yoga classes in person, online and took parts and hosted specialized courses such as yoga for people suffering from dementia, chair yoga for seniors, teens yoga and yoga retreats and workshops
