About Zoë Warner

As a bid writer, I enjoy utilising my language skills and empathy to help others and ultimately make a difference. Having learnt about the fundraising sector in my previous role, I am really enjoying working with RAD, supporting their mission of creating a future of opportunity, achievement, and equality for deaf people. I have a BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Phonetics from the University of Leeds, where I also won an award for being part of the best political and campaigning society. I have previous experience in customer service and complaint resolution, where I improved the TrustPilot rating and KPIs of my department. I am always keen to develop new and existing strengths and positively affect organisations working for change over profit.My role with RAD is allowing me to learn BSL, and I have recently achieved my Level 1 qualification. I also possess roughly B1 level German. I am an active member of Leeds Roller Derby, having been Treasurer for the last 6 months of 2023.
