As the Chief of Staff at a PE-backed financial services company, I'm right in the mix, working closely with the CEO and executive team. I'm all about diving into strategic initiatives and taking the reins on critical, cross-functional projects that need someone to step up. In this fast-paced environment. I'm the go-to person for identifying capacities, establishing OKRs, and ensuring alignment on key priorities, while also holding the team accountable for delivering results. Beyond that, I also manage corporate communications, making sure our messaging is on point.

As a pivotal support to the Executive Chairman at one of the leading aluminium and power producers, I managed a geographically dispersed team, enhancing project portfolio management by minimising high-level escalations. My role involved articulating the Chairman's vision across international teams, driving and leading complex discussions, and ensuring decision implementation. I provided external communications support, established key relationships with major think tanks, government organisations, and professional associations to advance the sustainability agenda, and ensured the smooth operation of the Chairman’s office, especially during the first lockdown. Additionally, I was responsible for drafting briefing notes, official correspondence, research, and coordinating company's participation at events like WEF and New York Climate Week.

Led Communication function in South-East Asia, Australia and South Korea for one of the world's largest energy company. I was responsible for designing and implementing communications strategies for 6 countries and supporting company’s business ambitions through stakeholder engagement and event management.

Reporting directly to CEO, I developed and implemented communications and marketing strategies for the Russian branch of Électricité de France (Dalkia/Fenice). Through coordinating PR & GR, organising high level events, managing press activity, I have substantially increased company's brand awareness. In 2016 EDF Fenice entered the TOP-3 national energy service companies ranking due to proactive communications.
