I am Åsa - a creative strategist and a design leader. I love everything that has to do with design; graphic- and digital as well as contemporary art. And I’m totally spellbound by the way design and code has opened up a new level of creativity for me, nevertheless opens up a new world to the future of creativity. I love the instant aesthetic result of the creative process; from strategy, sketching & building structure to adding form & colour. I'm a multi-disciplined team player and a committed doer. I believe in direct and clear communication, and creativity as a uniting force and tool to facilitate this process, personal passion and collective goals. It’s my firm belief that design can make a difference and as a designer I hold and manage the huge responsibility that comes with the power. I design from a source of curiosity and empathy, with a combination of deep strategic thinking, bold ideas and artistic craftsmanship. It reveals context, motivation, struggles, ambitions and pain. But, I’m not all business. Firstly, I would like to see myself as an optimistic and kind person who really values the importance of creating a great workplace culture where people can shine, flourish and most of all - have fun.My goal is to create lifelong learning and to always broaden my creative skillset - To make my current work but better: more interesting, more unique, more relevant - more me. I want to give myself the best possibilities to learn the the way of making things and changing things. To add a voice, stamp and vision to the growing and diverse new world we live in. I think it’s time to take action: stop postponing happiness for the future and design it for the present!Design - and let it emerge from affinities, integration & love.
