• Coordinating corporate relations and events such as meetings, conferences, relations with agencies within the frame of IKV’s strategy and priorities,• Communicating and maintaining relationships with ministries, government bodies, agencies, NGO’s and third party service providers,• Monitoring EU legislation and recent developments in Europe and assessing them in order to provide information and reports to business world, • Carrying out advocacy and lobbying activities to influence key decision-makers in Turkey and Europe, • Coordinating and following up the budget of IKV publications including monthly magazine and weekly bulletin,• Developing and managing strategic projects of IKV,• Coordinating the internal workflow of IKV with respect to the yearly working programme and targets,• Attending industry events, conferences, seminars, study visits on behalf of the IKV and serving as point person for communications,• Conducting research on energy policy, trade policy, TTIP and producing intelligence on major happenings in above mentioned sectors as well as EU funds and impact analysis,

• Developing and coordinating projects carried out by IKV and managing IKV’s partnership in other projects,• Raising funds for IKV projects,• Coordinating IKV’s external relations, relations with governmental bodies, with trustees and supporters.• Preparing reports, conducting research, regarding EU Acquis, mainly in the areas of Energy Policy, Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), FTAs, Customs Union, Public Procurement, Community Programmes, Impact Analysis, • Leading the project on FTA Information and Capacity Centre, organizing seminars and conferences, preparing reports, coordinating Centre’s activities on conducting research regarding TTIP, revision of Customs Union, recent developments in EU trade policy,• Representing IKV vis-à-vis government bodies, local organisations, other NGOs.• Coordinating common works and projects carried out by all of IKV experts,• Active member of the team that prepared final recommendation of Sustainable Development Group under C20 during Turkey’s G20 Presidency• Editing and preparation of IKV’s monthly magazine,• Editing and preparation of IKV’s weekly e-bulletin, • Preparing studies and reports to be published so as to inform the public at large on EU related issues and Turkey’s accession process,• Giving seminars and speeches on Turkey-EU Relations, Energy Policy, Impact Analysis, , EU Funds

• Conducting research as regards EU Acquis, mainly in the areas of Energy Policy, Transport Policy, Trans-European Networks, Science and Technology, Community Programmes (in particular 7. Framework Programme), Impact Analysis, • Managing in “Enhancing The Capacity of Turkish Business World on Impact Assessments” project as the project coordinator (The project is finalized in May 2008),• Acting as a co-project manager of “The ABC Project in Turkish Primary Education” and “Bandırma on the Way to EU”• Preparing studies and reports to be published so as to inform the public at large on EU related issues and Turkey’s accession process,• Giving seminars and speeches on Turkey-EU Relations, Community Programmes, Impact Analysis,• Coordinating common works and projects carried out by all of IKV experts,• Coordinating IKV’s reviewed booklet series on Community Programmes,• Representing IKV in important meetings (e.g. representing IKV’s view in meetings arranged for preparation of Turkey’s position paper )
