I am a research scientist specialising in plant culturing, plant physiology, water quality analysis and wastewater remediation. I have an interest the application of circular economy principles, in particular the use of plants and microbes to remove valuable components from waste for reuse in other forms. Through my PhD work I have experience in plant culturing in lab settings, plant physiological analysis (photosynthesis), plant biomass analysis (protein, amino acid), genetic identification and water quality measurements.
