With a MSc in Psychology and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Maynooth University, I have a strong academic background in understanding human behavior and social interactions. I have applied this knowledge to my career in the social care sector, where I have over four years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.Currently, I am a Senior Social Care Worker at The Talbot Group, where I provide support and care to the clients, as well as supervise and mentor a team of social care workers. I have developed skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management, and I have contributed to the improvement of the service quality and client satisfaction. I am passionate about enhancing the well-being and quality of life of the people I work with, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. My goal is to use my psychological and social care skills to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
