Managed Total Quality Management Implementation. Project implementation was held with the coordination of Ata Holding - TQM Head Office. When it came to life, Fasdat was able to monitor most of its quality performance with KPIs and improve its processes with a better vision.Managed ISO Certification Project. With the accomplishment of this two-phased project, Fasdat Logistics was awarded with 94 and then 2000 versions of ISO: 2000 from SGS Yarsley. Thereby, Fasdat was the first fast-food logistics company in Turkey to gain ISO certification (for both 94 & 2000 versions) and with no major non-conformities.Developed the ASP-Based intranet system which also had been used for quality concerns such non-conformity applications.Coordinated Fasdat Industrial Catering Project, which had been the first successful major Hotel Catering implementation in Turkey. Project’s first year revenue reached 4M$ with successfully managed operations and marketing.Worked as a software developer in the implementation of the “Fasdat Logistics B2B Web Project” which provided Burger King Restaurants to order materials and view stock reports from the web.
