I graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Economics. Throughout my university years, I actively participated in student clubs and engaged in social responsibility projects. Concurrently, I gained internship experience in various departments of insurance, auditing, and telecom companies, which allowed me to delve into the business world.In the early stages of my third year at the university, I had the privilege of taking part in TEB's 'Akıl Fikir Kampüsü' program. I also qualified for participation in acceleration programs such as Garanti's 'Bu Fikir Garanti', İTÜ GİNOVA's 'Çetin Ceviz Entrepreneurship Competition', and İTÜ Çekirdek. This gave me the chance to receive hands-on training in Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies, fostering the development of my projects. Subsequently, I co-founded the 'Öğrenci Sokağı' initiative. Despite two years of relentless effort and the challenges that come with being a student, unfortunately, our endeavor didn't succeed.Following my graduation, I commenced my career in the Innovation Management team at ING Turkey. By closely monitoring the ecosystem and emerging trends, I played a role in disseminating and implementing an in-house culture of innovation. Through my participation in the Experiment Design Academy and the Pace Coach Academy at ING Amsterdam, I had the valuable opportunity to receive practical training in Design Thinking, Lean Startup methodologies, and coaching skills.In 2021, I joined GOOINN as an Innovation Consultant, where we focus on establishing and nurturing an innovation culture while creating value collaboratively.
