In the ING Innovation team, I work on portfolios and collaborations with relevant ecosystem stakeholders.If I need to talk briefly about the works I have done during this period;- I ensured the coordination & communication between the Startups, Incubation Centers, and related ecosystem stakeholders and the ING.- We organized training & workshops for our customers, women entrepreneurs and university students under the umbrella of ING Entrepreneur Atelier. We addressed their problems with PACE experience. PACE is ING’s Innovation method. Pace focuses on, Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile Scrum methodologies.- As Experiment Designer, I was a consultant in validating the projects we carried out in-house with the customer.- I am an Intrapreneurship. I have been involved in many projects in the competitions held within the institution.- As Pace Trainer, I gave trainings to our employees in order to increase the awareness of Pace methodology in the Institution.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Support Marketing & Communications Team mainly in content development, editing, internal & external communications• Searching best practices that can be adapted in Turkey around PwC Network • Bringing new ideas around social media campaigns and track their success (e.g Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.) • Content update in company's internal portal• Support in team's weekly monthly reports on powerpoint presentations
