*Import:- Following Import shipments and make sure delivery schedule in time.- Co-working with Forwarders and Vendors to arrange shipments in time- Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs- Declaration Forms- Buying Import Cargo Insurance for all needed shipments- Submit A/R to buyer.- Issue Appendix (if needed).- Solving unexpected issues.*Export:- Coordinating with Forwarders and related sections to proceed export shipments smoothly.- Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms- Making documents to send customer includes: Vinacontrol , Phytosanitary certification.- Submit full set shipping document to bank for D/P.- Making the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report for status of Import & Export shipments to Manager- Solving unexpected issues.- Following other tasks based on the requirements of Board of Management.

Testing profiles and documents of Export – import, following up taxes-paid to the State budget.Contact to Customs to making clearance procedures for shipments by air/sea.Control air/sea freight charge for import & export, control booking sea/air shipment to assure in-timeschedule for import shipments.Maintain production norm registered (BOM) with customs, register import part list.Frequently update the laws and regulations related to customs procedures to consult Board of Director.Examine the customs documents before the Director to sign.Making report of import - export goods weekly and monthly.Solving problems arising in activities related to import and export.Other tasks ask requirements.
