Ad-hoc – alignment sessions, follow-up on the pending topics & catch-ups with Functional VPs; • Develop governance process for all meetings & implement it within Integration team; 3) Integration Team management • Work with Project team, Biz. team, External consultants, Integration Stakeholders; • Change management processes support; • Solving conflicts & Leading providing alignments; • Providing Commitment & results delivery & alignment; • PMO team & Project team performance management - Target setting, controlling & providing feedback;Achievements: • Way of working with different stakeholders was identified, which helped to deliver results OTIF• Detailed Cross-functional L3 plan with Change Impact activities was developed & aligned between all functions; • Regular Reporting process to Stakeholders with required Risk Management activities was implemented;• Gate Keeping process was successfully implemented & all Cross-Functional Gate criteria were aligned & confirmed by Stakeholders; • Governance process implemented and alignment with all Work stream Leads;

Planning and organizing everyday delivery schedules for drivers, preparing enclosed documents; - Cooperating with shipping companies ("Gruzovozoff", "Armada-cargo", "PEK", etc.) and making all necessary shipping documents; -Optimizing lead times to Warehouse & to clients; - networking and establishing partnerships with suppliers; - monitoring long-term orders and redelivery; - recruitment, making an interview training & coaching staff in Logistics department Achievements: - Was improved work of the Logistics department and cooperation with other departments; - was suggested system of cooperation with 2 main suppliers, what resulted in 2 times decreased lead time; - was solved problem of unsystematized redeliveries and lost of orders; - balanced full-time work with study in the university. It was rather complicated and stressful, especially at the beginning, but it gave me an opportunity to develop high time-management skills.
