Sanjaa excels in his ability to learn and collaborate, and is adaptable and takes leadership in every project. He is the type of person who not only specializes in finance, but also pays great attention to ESG and ethics. He graduated from University of Finance and Economy in 2020 as an outstanding graduate. After graduation, he has been working at Tavan Bogd Foods for 2 and half years, which is the franchiser of KFC, and the largest quick service restaurant chain in Mongolia. Vast experiences gained while at TBF and other internships made him realize his true passion for finance. In his current role at TBF, Sanjaa leads the financial planning, investment analysis, insurance issues, cash flow and inventory management and coordinates communications with parent company, banks and lenders inside and outside of Mongolia. He has consistently found success through his effective communication skills and the unique ability to navigate the details. Sanjaa has earned the trust and admiration of his clients and peers alike. Although he has accumulated a reasonable amount of experience, he sees his future career in more international organizations which will guide him down the path into leadership and higher levels of responsibility with great ESG considerations. Now he is working as planning manager at Premium Nexus LLC.
