Development and validation of different analytical methods for drug products and API (soliddrug forms, generics and original molecules). Creating new methods and performing analyses with HPLC, GC, HPLC-MS, UV/Vis and IR spectrometers. Performing dissolution kinetics test, compatibility studying for drug formulation, APIs stress testing. Transfer of analytical methods to QC department. Stability studying. Writing NDs, stability reports, justifications for specifications, CDKT reports, SOPs. Maintaining of the HPLC instruments (Agilent, Shimadzu).
