Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by end userMaintain Project Procurement Plan and consult with Engineering and Project Management on required purchases.Participate in preparing workover programs and reviewing morning reports.Lead and manage Material planning, Purchasing, inventory control & forecasting as per inventory policy & capacities considering demand and changes market trend.Collaborate with key people to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company or client.Responsible for planning and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment in a timely and cost-effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.Expedite execution of Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery, including support of logistic activities.Reviews a monthly status report for the incoming and pending orders to initiate actions as necessary. Handle and manage Project RFQ’s, commercial evaluations, PO award and PO administration to final delivery and PO close out.Negotiates with vendors the prices, availability of product/service, quality and delivery date.Working on achieving cost-saving targets.Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team.Consult with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.Manage activities related to purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, dispatching, or receiving
