Senior Sales Manager Europe, at Thermofisher Diagnostics. Clinical Diagnostics Division.After joining the company as Marketing Manager, I was promoted to the General Manager position in June 2017. Sales and Marketing Managers were reporting to me as well as, Technical Service Manager and dotted line Business Controller Manager. Today, since June 2022, I have a broader postion in another Division (Clinical Diagnostics Division) with sales responsibility in Europe.- Almost 20 years of Experience in the Healthcare Market, always in relation with General Management, Marketing and Sales departments; having a positive evolution during this time, starting as a Product Manager to finally reach Senior management positions- Multinational companies background; with international experience in Marketing Committee Boards, Product workshops and Marketing strategy definition for pipe-line products- Specialized in different therapeutical areas (Clinical Nutrition, Allergy and Autoimmune diseases, Toxicology, Biomarkers) from the specific treatment and the clinical diagnostic solutions point of view. Used to deal with several targets: Gastroenterologists, Allergists, Dermatologists, Paediatricians, Chests, Hospital and Private Clinical Labs, Nurseries- Experience in managing people and working with teams; currently in charge of 6 people in the Management team. Responsible of reestructuring different departments such as Sales and Technical Service according the new challenges of the market- Background in big but also in mid Pharma Companies, so it gives me a really transversal vision of all the Medical and Marketing projects; not only from the strategic point of view but also regarding the operational issues- Really involved in Sales Force Efficiency, key player in cascading the marketing strategy at operational level, implementing and monitoring local plans in order to ensure the action plans success
