Currently focusing on managing Infoblox, F5, CheckPoint, and Aruba products for wired and wireless networks. Integrating both old and new configuration and monitoring methods. Actively engaged in diverse automation projects using Python, Nornir, and Ansible.

In March 2023 I started working as a Network Consultant for Previder, hired through Ventus IT Professionals. I'm responsible for network optimizations and Infrastructure replacements. I inventorize current infrastructures and work on improvements and HLD's and LLD's. Furthermore, I'm responsible for the technical elaboration of new and improved network infrastructures. Notably, I'm working on regional and small to medium networks. Solutions are based on Cisco Catalyst family switches, Fortinet's FortiGates, and Ruckus Wireless products.

I'm hired through Ventus IT Professionals by Previder to assist with networking related tasks. In this role I'm focussing on large to small enterprise networks, stretching from the core to the access layer. Helping out colleagues, troubleshooting, and advising in complex challenges are just a few key components. Not only security, but also manageability and end-user experience play a big role for me. A variety of tools and vendors are used, such as, on premises, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, HP, as well as their virtual counterparts in the Azure cloud.

Developing a new NAT-gateway using Linux Netfilter, Iproute2 and BGP (FRR) to work with the OSSO Cumulus network. Completely automated with Ansible/Netbox infrastructure and monitored using Prometheus and Zabbix.

Completed a Bachelor research in new network monitoring methods like NETCONF, RESTconf, gNMI and YANG.
