- Migrate hundreds of records from Archivists’ Toolkit to ArchivesSpace- Install and configure an Islandora repository and script the ingestion of hundreds of audio, video, and image files with their associated descriptive metadata- Migrate the Gay History wiki from WikiSpaces to MediaWiki. This includes the current content and history of over 1000 pages, all related user discussion, categories, and user accounts- Provision all AWS resources required for the above-mentioned projects

- Apply security patches to the Islandora-based site doctordoctress.org- Create additional documentation detailing installed modules and libraries as well as any customizations made beyond the stock Islandora installation for doctordoctress.org

- Design and assist with the implementation of data flows from Alma to Franklin, handling the export and processing of approximately seven million bibliographic records on a monthly basis and approximately ten thousand records on a daily basis- Implement approximately ten integrations between Alma and Franklin to support types of requests not fully supported by Alma, including interlibrary loan and other Penn-specific services.- Maintain and extend Franklin’s architecture and continuous integration procedures. This includes a number of Ansible playbooks for configuring Franklin architecture and scripts for updating related Docker Swarm services- Develop a custom Ruby gem to ease integration with REST APIs for Ex Libris’s Alma system. This library is currently used in Franklin, Penn Libraries’ catalog

- Installing and configuring an Islandora-based institutional repository and migrating approximately 4000 digital objects and associated metadata from DSpace.- Planning and executing the ingestion of approximately 55,000 digital objects into iDEA, Drexel University’s institutional repository.- Designing and implementing a solution pack to add support for the ingestion and indexing of EAD-format finding aids.- Designing, developing Islandora solution packs, and collaborating with external groups for doctordoctress.org to provide a mechanism for creating and updating digital exhibits.- Collaborating with the Archives team and the Drexel Privacy Office to design a secure system to enable digital preservation.- Assisted the systems administrator with administering approximately 40+ virtual Linux and Windows servers in a Citrix XenServer environment.- Implementing and maintaining a replication system to regularly duplicate approximately thirteen critical virtual servers to a secondary site.- Designing, developing, and maintaining a system for collecting and reporting reference statistics.

- Updated OPAC URLs in an Omeka installation to reference the new hostname of the catalog.- Performed a storage utilization analysis for an Amazon EC2 hosted ArchivesSpace installation to reduce the risk of exhausting storage space.- Tested, verified, and provided documentation for all work performed.

- Provisioned an Amazon EC2 server for an Islandora installation.- Provided support during initial bulk ingestions.

- Gathered requirements, designed, developed, reviewed, and tested web applications to automate processes and drive savings. Seven JSP and Spring-based web applications have been developed and maintained.- Created migration scripts to move and transform hundreds of files stored in a Microsoft Sharepoint site.- Created training materials and provided live training to users.- Created modules for an open source virtual collaboration environment to support Black Belt Structured Improvement Activities.
