JFJV Canada LNGC Project Field Engineering1. Review and reply Contractor lifting and transportation documents2. Coordinating interfaces with JFJV other discipline engineers. 3. Preparation of punch listing and expedite the punching-out.4. Site steel fabrication work check/confirmation per Structure Lead instruction.5. Prepare a report of the work performed.6. Report the requirements of modification arisen and provide the solution.7. Technically Supporting steel fabrication team to understand the engineering drawings/documents correctly and reply the query if necessary.8. Daily communication with Contractor steel engineers and report to Structure Lead of the founding may impact the shop drawings/documents quality and schedule. 9. Preparing the field change sheet including drawing and calculation per Structure Lead instruction.10. Review Contractor shop drawings/documents and return the comment per the schedule.11. Understand Contractor Shop Engineering Document issue schedule, progress, and work sequence .12. Attend meetings with JFJV Structural Engineering team being conducted by Structure Manager/Structure Lead .13. Understand JFJV latest steel engineering drawing such as standard detail drawings and steel fabrication related documents.14. Attend TBT (Tool Box Talk) per Structure Lead direction at Steel workshop or other steel work related site with JFJV and COOEC workers.15. Report of the document status to the Structure Lead.16. Review the latest status of Contractor “for review/construction shop drawings”, “for construction fabrication procedure” and, “for construction fabrication plan” and ensure that the same drawings, procedure, and plan are in use by contractor, and if not, make sure CONTRACTOR collects the latest issue

Rigging& lifting lead1. Structural design and analysis for yard and site lifting plans 2. Structural design and analysis for temporary yard aids. (Spreader beam, Lifting Pad eyes, column design, onshore skids designing…etc.)3. Structural Engineer and technical support for Field Fabrication.4. As a Lifting &Rigging supervisor for the module fabrication5. Construction Plans/Procedures6. Taking part in bidding.7. Instruct junior engineers to master and complete related job& task.

1.Joint connection detail design and calculation for KIPIC project.2.In House structural calculation for yard and site lifting plans 3.In house structural calculation for temporary yard aids. (spreader beam, Lifting Pad eyes, column design, onshore skids designing…etc.) 4.Check the SACS models and drawings for structure strength and deformation calculation during lifting and transportation compiled by subcontractors 5.Interface with clients and design consultants and third-party engineering subcontractors 6.Reviewing Design Drawings to reduce errors/revisions and/or corrections .7. Structural calculation and technical support for the Workface Department to compile and update the IWP.8. Taking part in bidding

Work for CIMC-Zhenhua logistics company and the sub-company,including the layout for sea transportation arrangements, technique bidding, strength check and analysis for both heavy cargo and local barge. barge stability check and seafastening design during seatransportation.

1.Take part in the design for Technology of Module Construction2.In House structural calculation for yard and site lifting plans , and also transportation plan ,weiging procedure and local strength analysis during weighing ,loadout analysis for module3.In house structural calculation for temporary yard aids (spreader beam, Lifting Pad eyes, column design, onshore skids designing…etc.) 4.Detail design for E-House, LER, including the followling condition,inplace conditon, onshore and offshore lifting condition ,loadout condition,sea transportation condition, blast resistance analysis etc.5.To coordinate other disciplines during detail design, Interfaced with clients and make clarification timely6. Interfaced with clients and third-party engineering subcontractors. 7. Coordinating other disciplines to compile the weight control, and to contrast the actual weight with the scheduled weight and anlysis the variation.8.Take part in bidding

Work for COOEC Installation Company Offshore installation, such as offshore/onshore lifting analysis, seatranportation analysis, barge strength check, seafatening design etc..
