1)Facilitate business to identify the operational risk (1st line identified issues), investigate the root cause, assess the business impact, and appropriate escalate to senior management, initial the remediation actions and regularly track the progress, in order to mitigate the risks. 2)Govern the 2nd/3rd line identified issues, centrally record, monitor and track the progress, ensure all the remediation action can be completed within the due date. 3)Cooperate with business lines to timely identify the operational loss/internal events throughout RBWM, provide the recommendations on mitigation actions from risk and control perspective.4)Assistant to implement Operation Risk Management Framework(ORMF) and localize Risk and Control Assessment(RCA) upon top-down operational risk strategy.5)Support business to conduct regularly trigger event process including inherent risk, control effectiveness as well as residual risk assessment. 6)Collect and consolidate the monthly Key Risk Indicators(KRI) data, appropriate escalate the outstanding amber/red KRIs, yearly refresh the threshold.7)Execute control monitoring and testing planning per business requirements or Risk and Control Analysis(RCA) outputs, make sure all finding results have been well managed. 8)Table and present the issues/internal events together with overall operational risk analysis result in monthly Non-Financial Risk Forum, ensure senior management have a overall picture and get more attention on risk and control field9)Strengthen the information security mindset within China RBWM, and well manage the risks covering external email management, clear desk, End User Control(EUC), physical/system access control and etc.Assist to enhance compliance and risk awareness throughout RBWM.10)Maintain and regularly update the China RBWM operational loss policy per global guidance, setup the training and explain the enquiry from business teams. 11)Other ad-hoc tasks

1）Assist manager to regularly collect the information, prepare the data/material and timely submit the reports upon regulatory requirement. 2）Provide the support to auditors, tracking the audit findings and ensure the remediation actions can be complected within the due date. 3）Execute the regular thematic review, issue the findings together with remediation actions.4）Manage the calendar of CIO China appropriately, logistically arrange business trip for CIO China, especially for urgent case handling during the trip.5）File relevant material in for CIO China as required with high quality and efficiency.6）Organize China IT team building to enhance the team communication and cooperation.7）Perform as IT coordinator, kept closely relationship within IT and other HSBC departments.

1)Perform the secretarial tasks to Head of IT Operations, Pan China and HTSC GM,well arrange manager’s calendar and business trip, organize the senior management meeting, and document support for report preparation. 2)Overall manage IT admin cost, appropriately plan/delivery the training courses to IT Operations staff.3)Work closely with HR to administrate department recruitment process, track training status, monthly submit payroll, review JD/JE and etc.4)Well-manage admin team within IT Operations department, provide administrative support in the department, including event organization,workplace relocation, BAU daily support and etc.5)Took various coordinator roles, covering IT/ADM inventory coordinator, information security review, BIRO, FM coordinator, record management and etc;
