Key responsibilities: KPI assessment framework construction· Incorporating financial analysis principles, independently designed an effective motivating appraisal model in accordance with the characteristics of the 16 subordinate units based on the framework of the head office's operation KPI assessment policies.KPI monitoring and analysis· Implementation of KPI assessment framework, schedule and host regular meetings among branch and subordinate units, summarize the latest KPI achievement.· Conduct outperforming members to share their experience and underperforming members to analyze the shortfalls and identify key indicators to improve. · One of the highlights is that the score of branch’s operation KPI assessment ranks from 21st at the beginning of 2021 to the 3rd as of Q2.Analysis report issuing· Independently developed several data collation templates which contribute remarkable efficiency in cleansing and integrating operation data. Issue monthly operation analysis report in the form of data visualization, compare and analyze the strengths and weaknesses and conclude the key factors that affect KPI assessment for each subordinate member, and deliver suggestive guidelines.Underwriting and policy management· Renew and deliver policy guidelines to the counter staffs, monitor the operating process.· First round underwriting and deliver preliminary solutions to inquiries submitted by operation department crews and agency forces. · Follow up the progress of significant insurance policies (applications from high net value customers, e.g.), report to the head office in advance, ensure the materials to submit meet the underwriting policies, deliver corresponding guidance and interpretations to the frontline groups to improve the underwriting efficiency.Risk screening· Conduct inspections and spot checks on the compliance of subordinate units' operations in accordance with regulatory requirements to promote risk control.

Key responsibilities: Assist the project manager to accomplish the satisfaction survey of CMCC Foshan branch's group users and check CMCC’s authorized retailers for the compliance of sales protocol, including writing the biding documents and developing research questionnaire, training and managing the market visiting agencies to complete the investigation, review, cleanse, analyze and archiving the collected data.
