- Initiate yearly marketing strategy and branding objectives - Involve in Finance product development, as a core team member to scope and define the yearly product marketing plan to fulfil the market demand and needs and provide with workable marketing tactics - Lead Visual creative team, responsible for the development and maintenance of brand visual system (super symbol, brand book, VI, IP).- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback - Establish and optimize marketing tools, such as financial service proposal kits, product manual, launch video etc.- Event management such IPO, campaign event for major cities, annual events, and other large enterprise activities planning & integration with multi center / department.- Give guidance to the marketing team on yearly regional product launch campaign, which including Go to market storytelling, target customers definition, channel definition, value proposition & sales & dealers training, etc. - Hyper-collaborative partner that can lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility across the organization, working closely with sales, operation team develop financial consultant SOP etc.- Be a committee member of group marketing team to share fields insights and local message to build synergies between 90+ different cities and leverage the best marketing campaign practices into 15 major cities. - Plan and control the regional yearly marketing budget - Manage the relationship with vendors & agencies
