• This project was a world-class badminton event organized by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and hosted by Chengdu High-Tech Zone.• Project Coordination: Managed a team of 11 interpreters covering 6 languages; responsible for recruiting, accrediting, and assigning interpreters; liaised with the organizing committee’s external liaison department to promptly and appropriately allocate translation tasks; monitored translation project progress, ensuring high quality and efficiency; accurately documented over 60 translated docs and recorded 160 interpreting sessions, providing a comprehensive summary that effectively supported the project’s final review.• Interpretation: Provided consecutive interpretation services for more than 10 domestic and international media outlets in the mixed zone during the 9-day event; offered interpretation services at VIP receptions including banquets and working meetings for Chengdu municipal leaders, the Secretary of the High-Tech Zone, the BWF President, and the event director.

• This project is an international exposition organized by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) and the China Flower Association (CFA), hosted by the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality.• Project Management: Led recruitment and assignment of interpreters and translators; coordinated cross-departmental logistics for interpreters including meals, transportation, and accommodation; managed translation and interpretation needs across all departments of the organizing committee; assigned tasks and monitored progress to ensure timely updates on project requirements. Successfully completed 170 interpreting sessions in 8 languages and over 160,000 words of translation with high quality and efficiency; accurately archived translation documents and meticulously recorded all translation and interpretation requirements, effectively supporting the conclusion of the project.• Translation and Interpretation: Served as the interpreter during the AIPH president’s visit, providing simultaneous interpretation for a preparatory meeting with Chengdu Mayor’s; offered consecutive interpretation for site inspections and reception activities related to venue construction, Chengdu’s culture, and industrial development. Conducted 31 interpreting sessions to date. Responsible for translating key documents such as exhibition regulations, opening ceremony speeches, and subtitles for Expo-related reports, totaling over 50,000 words; reviewed and proofread translations for the opening ceremony and related events, amounting to 20,000 words.

• This is a large-scale international multi-sport event organized by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and hosted by the People’s Government of Chengdu Municipality, with over 120 delegations participating.• Project Management: Multi-Language Telephone Interpretation Center: Assisted in project initiation and proposal formulation; lead volunteer management, including recruitment, training, accreditation, and logistical support for 23 volunteers; established a volunteer working process and logistics management process during the event; created “Star of the Week” and “Daily Summary” motivation schemes to improve volunteers’ proficiency and performance. As a result, the team ensured the 24/7 efficient operation of the Multilingual Service Center over 21 days, successfully completing over 120 remote interpretation sessions, providing essential language support for the event.• Translation Proofreading: Proofread bilingual documents including official publications, torch relay speeches, and other materials from al functional areas, totaling approximately 100,000 words.
