Project 2: the 3rd part support in supplier site for Eaton Description: - Support the supplier to resolve the problems of the mold & gauge- Monitor 100% inspection action and record defect Qty. and failure mode- Train the supplier with the files (PTC，safe-launch，LW-10 and so on)- Provide reference experience to Eaton and the supplier on tooling and process- Follow IATF requirement to check if there is not conformity found at the supplier’s plant- Do the process audit for Eaton and monitor the supplier correcting the open questionsProject 1: continuous improvement of the pass percent of the ceramic carrier for Kailong group Context description:- In the stage of the National-Vi standard replace the National-V standard in tai gas treatment system, 40% of the ceramic carrier were broken in the heat treatment process- The dimension of the thickness of the wall is only 0.1mm- The actual temperature of the furnace always different from the setting temperatureSolving process:- They put the semi-finished product into the furnace according to the same volume- Q=C*M*ΔT(T2-T1), means that the final temperature is related with the total weight of semi-finished product, not the total volumeCorrective actions:- Renew the work instruction about the amount of the total semi-finished products according to the weight and the space between each partAchievement:- The pass percent of the process go up to 90%- Reduce the cost of damages over 5000,000,0 RMB/Y

- Being responsible for planning organizational structure of Quality department, training, performance appraisal.- Implementing the ISO9001& TS16949 quality management system; making the process document and optimizing the process ; Receiving the outside audits and organizing the corrective actions.- Quality plan and quality cost control.- Making inspection instructions of products and approving the control plan.- Doing statistical analysis of company’s internal and external PPM and issuing quality improvement program.- Handling all the quality problems which are reported by each quality engineer.- Coordinating and handling the communicating problems of each department.- Organizing the process audit & product audit and evaluating the suppliers.- Training the quality awareness for employees; inspecting methods and techniques training for inspector; QC 7 tools training and on-site guidance; ISO/TS16949 standard and 5 Tools training for other departments’staffs.- Handling the temporary tasks from General Manager.-being proficient in Formel-Q of Shanghai Volkswagen ,GP-12,GP-8,GP-9 of SGM and Q1 system of Changan ford.
