Achieve yearly revenue and profit target, as well as monitor A&P and TLP.9. Provide overall Brand Direction and 3-5 years strategy plan for China & Korea, deliver local goals in line with Global plans.10. Deliver consistent go to market plans and tactical guidance for current business drivers.11. Directly manage local WOTC distributors and customers in China & Korea. 12. Build China and Korea WotC Team, training, coaching and motivating team members.13. Work with Premier Play planner and coordinator as well as marketing communications point of contact for Asia, to ensure timely sharing and distribution plans and materials to respective China & Korea for effective execution and support locally. -
