--Base on Customer's ID or simple drawing, estimate structure/production feasibility, check ID drawing for decoration process. And also, create preliminary Bom/tooling plan/assembly process/cycle time/labors to costing team for quotation. -- Base on Customer's shape & Function request, create project schedule for product development and shipment. Meanwhile make mock-up sample for Customer approval. and then, Create 3D drawing by Pro-E for shape and structure base on mock-up sample signed by Customer. Then make function sample base on 3D drawing to verify structure/assembly process/Decoration process as well as tooling process for project. Meanwhile, optimize structure/ assembly process/ assembly tools for old project to let cost down. -- Prepare 2D drawing /3D drawing for tooling modification. Verify critical dimension when trial molding to ensure all the critical dimension modified can meet our requirement. Make samples for test due to EN71 & ASTM. Then, get solution to fix all the issues found in test. -- Base on product size and display shelves requirement, prepare gift box and carton box for relative test, such as transportation test, drop test etc. -- Create accuracy Bom/major jigs & fixtures for PS. At same time, apply automatic machine for PS. Techincal documents preparation and input to ERP system. -- Communication with Customers and solve problems from Customers.
