Aslo, check mock-up sample and provide comments to optimize structure of product and solve most of issues in development stage. Meanwhile, Analyze feasibility of production & assembly for new projects; Create uniform design requirement for Tempo, spray as well soldering process. -- Create product quality system & product inspection system for new projects. Meanwhile Test new code to check what issue Would be in new code and feedback to FW team to solve them timely. Besides, create quality monitoring system to ensure quality is under controlled in production line.-- Optimize product structure/process for old/new projects to make sure assembly process is simply and production smoothly. Create PMP and list of jigs & fixtures for lean production. -- Research & design new projects-gearbox , worm, worm wheel, Gearbox with bevel gear or spiral gears by pro-E, Autocad. Define specifications, including precision, roughness, hardness. Also, following up machining process to ensure it can meet our requirements. Knowledge of machining process and die-casting, precision casting and performance of metal, such as Hobbing, shaving, grinding, drilling process. -- Create product quality system & product inspection system for new projects. meanwhile, monitor and inspect products, including size, hardness, roughness, function etc by facilities, such as 3D projector, hardness meter, roughness meter etc. -- Optimize product structure/process for old/new projects to make sure assembly process is simply and production smoothly. Create PMP and list of jigs & fixtures for lean production. And also, apply automation-equipment for lean production to ensure quality will be controlled very well and cycle time will be reduced if needed. ---- Developing clients from Alibaba, global resource, MaoYiTong, google, SNS, facebook, linkedin, custom importer/exporter data etc. Sort out excellent client , Then send developing letter to these clients to build business relationship. -- Communicate with clients about prices, machining process, material, specification, Terms of payment etc. Then quotation base on these.
