Plan, organize and oversee product registration projects assigned, in compliance with local applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and SOPs. Optimize processes or procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinate and communicate with global team for alignment. Build solid relationship with relative government agencies, universities or institutes. Lead team to deliver the final result set by management team, and to get the product ready for market team as schedule.

Be responsible for registration of feed additives, pharmaceuticals and vaccines. Fulfill renewal and variation registration of existing products. Be engaged in technical service relevant to product, including marketing training and promotion.
