I worked in Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Science during my senior year. In the six months, I implemented a KinectFusion system and enhanced its performance. KinectFusion is a project to reconstruct 3D model by only using one Kinect depth camera. The camera moves around the subject continually and the software system integrates the data stream into a 3D model. I used C++/CUDA to implement this. I also build a support structure(with a track and remote control) for this.
