Working in Tesla GF3(SH) factory as Senior Cell Quality Engineer which leads LG mass project cell incoming quality inspection, root cause analysis, tear down and data analysis in manufacturing. GF3’s work experience is very precious to me ,I believe I have adapted to the working atmosphere of a fast-paced team and environment.1) Define and establish LG mass project cell incoming quality control tasks to ensure the product reliability and maintain sufficient good quality cell supply for production lines. 2) I have successfully avoided GF3 line down 6times in the past 5months, persuaded LG Chem to provide additional free cleaning work for 63M ceslls, and contributed to the M48F ramp.3) Lead the identification, root cause analysis, and resolution of cell related manufacturing quality issues4) Conduct period system audit and collaborate with suppliers to initiate and implement cell process and washing on “F” removing and top cap demission change (PCRs) to improve manufacturability and yield.
