I was engaged in engine research and development work; Factory production and production management, R&D tests and engine system design, project management and so on.( Mainly engaged in the engine emission solution system development, and EGR system development, intake and exhaust system development and the quality improvement, optimization of each system.) And EURO4, EURO5, EURO6 technical proposal management (Involved in diesel engines, LNG/CNGs, commercial vehicles, passenger car and truck). Work Description:1. Engine system research and development - Engine systems development plans, R&D plans of spare parts quality , validation protocols and the reports analysis; - Tracking, formulates the emission solution system development plan and application the promotion of industry leading technology; - Engine systems database, DFMEA library construction; - Organization and announcements related emissions personal data post-processing system arrangement;- Engine systems installed, supporting development, after-sales service, technical support and services such as supplier audit support; - In each stage of product development design review, verification and validation, preparation of product technical guidance document issued; - Responsible for incoming goods inspection of SZ to PPAP status post-processing part review 2. Engine development project management:- Development plan and organize the review published according to the project specification; - Organize project meeting, development problem communication meeting, etc.; - Track progress to complete all work situation and solve problems; - Lead VAVE;- Complete the commodity form a complete set of application for the first time; - Finish the project report and the summary, and the project freeze and collection documentations.
