IATF16949, VDA6.3, PPAP, FEMA, SPC, MSA, Problem solving, 5-Why;1.3: Co trainer of IACA for quality management system and FMEA in China;2.Excellent coordination of cross-function, forecast and leadership2.1: Coordinate relocation project quality assurance activities and problem solving from HQ to local CN plant;2.2: Consolidated quality knowledge to ensure professional quality planning and risk management for new project and quality management system;2.3: Excellent organization and leadership for cross-functional team to ensure QMS and continuously maturity level improvement to guarantee the development of organization.3. Comprehensive manufacturing background knowledge:3.1: Master the properties and processing of carbon steel materials (cold forging, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment);3.2: Master GD / T and assembly process control and other related knowledge;3.3: Master the internal mixing and testing of rubber materials; be familiar with extrusion molding, vulcanization and testing of polymer materials.4. Overseas working and communication experience, fluent English as working language.
