- Collecting each connector application way and condition for company - Provide professional consulting and solutions for connector application - Provides expert judgment and solutions for the abnormal process in customer factory- Provide professional judgment and suggestions for company according to the application situation in customer factory- Provide suggestions of business development direction for sales in company

- Create product 3D module and 2D drawing according to customer’s request - Make design proposal to customer and finalize the design with customer - Create engineering change notice of drawing and bill of materials and other document for new designed products- Estimate the parts of product and related tooling and molding and assembly jig&auto-machine- Give the operator guide to finish the product, and do engineering test and verification- Find the root cause and release improvement action for failure sample and deviation between design and manufacture - Improve the production efficiency and decrease the labor intensity of operator by using of IE knowledge- Continuously improve the process capability and efficiency by using 6sigma knowledge - Create CAR or FA or 8D report for customer complaint- Build a project team, and schedule development plan according to the customer demand- Leading development feasibility and cost assessment and investment benefit analysis - Integrate the integration area between various parts departments and assembly department- Responsible for the development schedule, and monitoring it- Follow up the action of the departments, and coordinate the conflict and resources- Leading the improvement activities to enhance product competitiveness
