1.Answer client phone calls, emails and work to resolve client inquires in real time or pass the information to the most relevant consultant so it can be dealt with appropriately. Follow up and ensure each client requests are resolved and closed in timely manner.2.Proactively recommend and educate the client about features and knowledge of Mercer products in order to improve their satisfaction and deepen their relationship with Mercer. Provide consistent feedback regarding overall client satisfaction, tools and processes.Conduct outbound calls as well as client researches.Provide client webinar training, do client feedback analysis and put forward suggestions and ideas to leaders. CO-work with marketing team to ensure client training and service center webpage are up to date accurately and timely.3.Act as a client manager/ consultant for assigned cities of new and renewal clients. Keep good relationship with clients, work with data processing team to ensure a high quality survey delivered on schedule. Identify opportunities for streamlining operation process and processing efficiency.Follow, update and translate year-to-year processing and administrative documentations. Provide knowledge sharing, technical training and coach for service center interns.4.Support consultant on some part of projects if necessary. Assist with marketing team with annual HR business events, such as client registry confirmation and reminders.
