Report to CEO of English retail, play a national managerial role and responsible for mainly 2 parts:1. Partnership development of adult English training business (Wall Street English) • Develop and contact potential institutional investors• Provide support during initial stage as the single contact (legal, site-selection, construction, operation, service)2. Franchise development and operational support for kid training business (Global Kids English).• Responsible for P&L of overall Kids franchise business• Overall leadership in BD, operation, academic support team• Improve satisfaction rate of existing clients through continuous support• Provide ongoing support from preparation stage to daily operation

Report to GM of Franchise (VP), responsible for national wide market except big 4 cities (BJ,SH,GZ,SZ) and CQ1. Lead business development and construction & design team, oversees daily operations.2. Conduct franchisee development on recruiting new business partners align with strategic targets.3. Propose and carryout annual new school opening plan together with investor and EFBC staffs4. Be responsible for national construction and maintenance projects and vender management.5. Plan and conduct school audit internally with regional head and stakeholders, externally with 3rd audit company.6. Maintain good relationship with current investors. 7. Set up and maintain good relationship with key commercial real estate developer.
