He is also leading the function to leverage knowledge and experience between regions especially transfer Japan experience and knowledge to Great China Area on EDW in Retail industry.In past 7 years he focused on DWH for retail industry, He is familiar on DWH road-map on retail, and have developed popular DWH application in Japan and leaded his team provided service to customers successfully.Throughout his past 17 years in software development, Xiaowei's exposure has extended to leading large-scale project management, production management, team management and business development.
