Hiring Product Manager/Director 、Operation Director for BIGO LIVE & Likee Live.BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE. 1、全程参与并负责指定业务单元的招聘工作，包括招聘需求确认，发布招聘广告，收集候选人简历，面试，OFFER协调，试用期新员工跟进维护以及离职面谈等；2、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协助上级确定招聘目标，汇总岗位需求数目和人员需求数目，制定并执行招聘计划；3、重点负责同行业稀缺和核心岗位的招聘：展览展示设计、平面设计、C#，.Net，PHP，Html等开发工程师、文案策划、Flash二维动画、三维动画制作、影视策划及制作、销售顾问、项目管理、网络运营、财务总监、产品经理等岗位；4、与其他同事进行招聘流程、招聘方法与技巧的沟通和交流，指导并培训新进员工，提高招聘活动效率； 5、调查公司所需人才的外部资源存量与分布状况，并进行有效分析，对招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护、拓展；6、对拟录用人员进行背景调查，与拟录用人员进行待遇沟通，完成录用通知；7、负责建立企业人才储备库，做好简历管理与信息保密工作。搜集同行业人才动态，吸引优秀人才加盟公司； 8、定期总结汇报招聘工作进展。做好与其他部门的沟通协作，完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
