1. Control the quality of plastic part, track the defect issues.2. Verify the 8D report that provided by supplier.3. Audit the process and help the supplier to improve the process.4. Double check the defect parts found on production line, and return back to supplier.5. Monthly report about the supplier's performance and DPPM record, ask for the improvement plan.

1. Handle the complaints from customer, feedback the improvement actions on 8D report.2. At the beginning of one project, keep contact with customers, know more about the parts requirements and transfer to internally.3. Prepare the SIP(standard inspection procedure), control plan, FMEA and other documents required by customers at the beginning of one project.4. Discuss and align with customer about the measurement method during the FAI stage.5. Double check the defect parts comes from production line, confirm and identify whether it can be used on customer side.
